Orders placed online by 2:00 p.m. will be available for pickup by 3:30 pm the same day.

Orders placed online after 2:00 p.m. will be available for pickup by 12:00 p.m. the next business day (please note: we are closed on Mondays).

48 hours notice is required for all board orders.
**Cancellation Policy: No returns or refunds unless product is defective, damaged, or out of date. No refunds can be given for board cancellations; however, we are happy to provide you with a store credit for the same amount good for one year.

THE ”CULTURE CUT” POLICY
Our cheese and charcuterie are hand-cut to provide only the freshest product. While we strive to be as accurate as possible, just like in our store the final pieces may vary a little in size and weight.
